Public Records Requests

We are happy to comply with your requests for public records. We will respond to your request within five (5) business days. Certain records, including medical records, are excluded from public access. More information can be found at http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=42.56.360 per RCW 42.56.370.

Fees:
Clerical fee to copy any record: $29.00 per hour, plus 15 cent copy fee per page.
Certification page: $2, if requested
If you prefer a CD, they are $1 each.
Shipping costs also apply if you choose to have your request shipped to you. A 10% deposit is required and payable in full prior to sending records.
