The Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation has created several programs you can participate in that help to provide needed funds for hospital improvement and development.

"Well-Wishes"
Take a moment to remember someone special in your life... You may send "Well-Wishes" on birthdays, graduations, holidays, or any special occasion. You may also wish to recognize a hospital employee, department, or your doctor for their kindness or special attention. In addition, you assist in providing state-of-the-art health care for our community and yourself.

Cascade Valley Hospital's Lifeline Program
Lifeline is a medic alert system, allowing an individual to maintain an independent lifestyle and still summon assistance with the push of a button should they need it.

Memorial Gifts
By making a gift in remembrance of a friend or relative, you can give a tribute that will last forever.

Phone Raising
Have an old cell phone? For every used wireless phone collected our Foundation will receive $1.
