Your gift to Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation in memory of a friend or relative is a thoughtful expression of remembrance.

How the Memorial Program Works...

Your gift can be made in memory of or in honor of a loved one. The person or family you designate will receive a card bearing your name as the donor. The amount of your tax deductible contribution (as provided by law) will not be stated on the card unless you specifically request it.

The staff and Cascade Valley Hospital extend their deepest gratitude and appreciation for your support in keeping quality health care services in our community.
