Board of Directors

A Board of Directors who are volunteer community representatives governs the Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation (CVHF). The Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation is a non-profit, charitable, tax exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)3. All donations are tax deductible.
